About Me

I thrive at the intersection of where wellness meets real life: equal parts science, storytelling, and practicality. Over the past two decades, I’ve built companies, led teams, advised hospitality and consumer brands, and created a body of work — from my All Too Well newsletter and podcast to sleep coaching programs and retreats — all in the name of making wellness feel both accessible and enjoyable.

My career began even earlier than entrepreneurship: first as a professional dancer, and then as a certified yoga instructor in 2002 — well before the yoga/wellness train left the station — which gave me a strong sense of discipline and focus, along with a deep understanding of the mind-body connection and the role a healthy lifestyle plays in every facet of life.  I fell in love with hospitality working for Morgans Hotel Group and Ian Schrager Hotels, where I learned how environments and experiences shape how people feel.  From there, I transitioned into hospitality and consumer brand PR, honing the communication and storytelling skills that eventually guided me into the emerging world of wellness — and ultimately toward co-founding BluePrint Cleanse, pioneering an entire category and ushering cold-pressed juice into the mainstream.

Today, I focus on translating complex health research into tools people can use in the middle of their real, messy, overstimulated lives; partnering with hotels, retreats, and consumer brands to elevate the way we rest, recover, and live well.  The through-line in everything I do: wellness, but make it fun.
